Cancellation
Orders can be canceled prior to being shipped or entering production. If canceled within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

Returns (if applicable)
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the original condition, and include the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Customers will incur shipping charges only once (including returns), and no restocking fees will apply for returning an item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund hasn’t arrived, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to process the refund. You may also reach out to your bank, since processing delays are common. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us at [email protected].
